At Laundry Basket Quilts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, uncut, and in their original packaging; please note that digital patterns and cut-to-order fabrics are final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items with a copy of your packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
